Why is it that you feel so good when you get connected to nature? When you get connected to the earth? When you touch the soil, stones, crystals and plants? When you hold and smell a flower? Why is it so important to not upset the delicate balance of mother nature, of maintaining a you and a healthy world?
Find out in this fascinating video about the discovery of Schumann Resonance – the frequency that the earth itself generates. The discovery of the alpha waves produced by the human brain. What happens when these are disturbed?
At one time is was the common belief that you needed life to create life, but his is now been proved to be somewhat false and what you need is the exact Hz that is produced by both the earth and the brain.
How are the artificial microwaves, magnetic waves and electrochemical signals produced by man affecting chryptochromes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptochrome) found throughout all living things, plants, insects, animals, birds and humans. How are our technological advances affecting the health and wellness of the entire planet?
Is the extreme prevalence of wireless internet, wireless telecommunications, radio waves affecting us all in ways we do not fully understand? If we could ‘hear’ these waves, or ‘see’ these waves would we be more concerned? We are alive due to our own electrical cellular communications, take for example an EEG or ECG that measure the internal electromagnetic signals. Will this become a huge global problem?
Do you know that using a cell phone increases the glucose metabolism (fuel consumption) of your brain, a metabolic reaction. Radio waves are absorbed into the human body in microwave radiation, even with the low waves in the newer cellular devices. I don’t know about you- but I will be limiting the time I spend on the phone, won’t be ‘tucking’ it in close to my body, it will not sleep in the same room as I am, and I will be turning it off when I am not needing it. In 2011 The World Heath Organization classified electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans based on an increased risk of glioma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glioma). More recent studies are also concerning. Melatonin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melatonin) is the greatest anti-cancer agent our body produces and it is only produced at night by the pineal gland in the complete absence of light. Research is showing that our pineal gland cannot distinguish between elecromagnetic frequency and radio waves and reacts in the same way as exposure to light waves (stops melatonin production) decreasing our immunological ability to fight free radicals (the suspected cause of cancers and diseases).
Whether you agree or not with the information proposed in this video, it certainly stimulates a lot of thought. We have become addicted to our instant connectivity. So have those ‘technology free‘ weekends, take those “turned off” and “tuned out” time out gifts to yourself and go wiggle your toes in the sand, get reconnected to nature, have a picnic and get tuned in to the earth’s frequencies and the sensitive magnetic fields of mother nature.
